Despite the earthquake and devastation that Puerto Rico has suffered in recent days, its publishing industry continues to produce several key works that are related to PR’s history and literature. At the library, we have a special responsibility to collect Puerto Rican books extensively. This responsibility is part of our strategy of collaboratively collect on the West Coast of the United States.
