Moffitt Library renovation – major changes ahead

In the next few years, Moffitt Library will undergo a major renovation that will transform the current spaces and services to fully accommodate students’ changing academic needs.  Students, library staff, and campus partners have helped craft the vision for essential elements of a public university research library in the digital age.

Berkeley’s libraries are at the heart of the University’s mission of teaching, research, and public service.  The Campaign for the University Library includes the goal of raising $50 million for the transformation of Moffitt Library, a crucial resource for Cal undergraduate students for generations to come.
