Starting July 20, 2009, the UC Berkeley Library will be conducting surveys to help us understand who is using the Library, what resources are being used, and for what purpose (instruction, sponsored research, or general research).
We will be conducting both an in-person survey at selected library locations and an online survey, asking users to tell us why they are using the Library at that time. Completing the online survey will take less than a minute. The in-person survey takes just a bit longer.
The study will run during random 2-hour intervals once every month for the next twelve months. We appreciate your assistance with this valuable study.
