New books from Mexico (Summer 2018)

This summer has been extremely busy and productive as most librarians are catching upon their pending projects, and plans. Despite being busy, the work is made interesting with several opportunities to review the newly received books. Below are some of the selected photographs of the books that came in today from Mexico. As a librarian for Latin American Study for the Doe collections, and recognizing the importance of access to the books from Mexico for our students and faculty, I have implemented a new and expanded approval plan within the UC Berkeley. The books are made to be used, consumed, and disseminated. It is important that we provide access to the excellent research and teaching materials.
