It has recently been discovered that many article records in the PsycINFO database are missing the journal issue publication date. This has been reported to the vendor, and newly added records will have the date, but a complete (retroactive) fix will not occur until March.
This will affect the sorting of your search results, and also what appears in EndNote, RefWorks, etc., when you import records to these programs. There is usually a date somewhere else in the record, so you can determine the actual publication date, it’s just missing form the journal issue date field. You may need to manually add the date if you are using EndNote, RefWorks, or similar software. Contact the Public Health Library if you’ve any questions.
