Since the library’s conversion to bMail, notices from Interlibrary Services are frequently being routed to the recipients’ SPAM or JUNK folder.
Please check these folders, mark the messages NOT SPAM or move them to your INBOX. Once you do this, subsequent messages should automatically be directed to your INBOX.
If you forward your bMail to another e-mail service, your SPAM folder will NOT forward. You will need to log into bMail directly to check the SPAM folder.
