New Anthropology & Qualitative Research Librarian

The Library is excited to welcome Celia Emmelhainz as the Anthropology & Qualitative Research Librarian.

Celia was previously the Social Sciences Data Librarian at Colby College in Maine. For the three years prior she worked in libraries in Kazakhstan. Her background combines the academic expertise and field experience of an anthropologist and the service and research orientation of a librarian, making her an excellent match for this position. Celia has a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Sociology and Russian) from Ohio Dominican University, an MA in Cultural Anthropology from Texas A&M University, and an MLS in Library and Information Science from Kent State University.

Celia joined the Library in November of 2015 in the Social Sciences Division under the leadership of Susan Edwards. Please join us in welcoming her to campus!
