As a result of this upgrade, IEEE Xplore will be enhanced with:

Enables users to receive weekly update alerts for every conference title via either email or RSS whenever a new title is added. - Scitopia.org search from IEEE Xplore
Enables users to easily search scitopia.org from the IEEE Xplore home page. Scitopia.org is a free search portal to the digital libraries of 15 science and technology societies.
