Resource: Berg Fashion Library

The Library has recently acquired The Berg Fashion Library, an online resource that includes The Berg Encyclopedia of World Dress and Fashion, full text of more than 70 Berg fashion e-books, additional reference resources, and links to articles. It also provides access to an extensive collection of images from the V&A Museum’s fashion collection; the Philadelphia Museum of Art; the Bath Fashion Museum, the Commercial Pattern Archive (CoPA) database; the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute collection; the MoMu Fashion Museum, Belgium; and images from collections including the London College of Fashion and The Museum at FIT.

Additional material will be added to the resource three times a year. Watch this video to learn more about navigating this resource.

Our trial runs from 23 January through 28 February 2015.
