The Center for Race and Gender (CRG) at UC Berkeley is offering grants from $100 to $2,000 to fund graduate student research or creative projects addressing issues of race and gender. Topics should align with CRG’s mandate to support critical student research on race, gender and their intersections in a wide variety of social, cultural, and institutional contexts. Projects may be oriented toward academic research or may approach race and gender issues from the perspectives of the media, fine arts, and performing arts. Feel free to take a look at the recent grant recipients and their projects for inspiration.

The deadline is Monday April 6, 2015 by 3:00pm.

For more information on eligibility, guidelines and the application process, refer to the CRG website.
