Health DATAbytes (UCLA Center for Health Policy Research)

The Health DATA (Data. Advocacy. Training. Assistance.) Program exists to make data easy and understandable to a wide range of health advocates through trainings, workshops and technical assistance. The Health DATAbytes website includes online resources under the Data Resources tab with a listing of free online data resources by category, such as community-based participatory research, conducting a community assessment, and data interpretation. Explore links to information on asset mapping, using computer software to compile and analyze data, and presenting data in tables and graphs, among other topics on the Publications and Tools page. You’ll also find a publications database searchable by author, publication type or date.
