National Public Health Performance Standards Program (NPHPSP)

The NPHPSP is a partnership initiative created to provide performance standards for public health systems and encourage their use. Assessment instruments and various tools to aid in the assessment such as a user guide and fact sheet are available. The seven National Partners include the American Public Health Association, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Association of County & City Health Officials, and the Public Health Foundation.
